The Castle of Rocca di Arignano, as well as being the perfect place for weddings, private events and business events, offers many other possibilities to live an experience out of the ordinary. Among these, we suggest that one at the Locanda della Rocca di Arignano Restaurant (see below opening times and booking form). Our executive chef Alessandro Daddea, with the advice of chef Ugo Alciati – 1 Michelin star, is building a journey of taste. The Locanda della Rocca di Arignano restaurant is located inside the Castle. His cuisine aims to honor the excellence of local food and wine and defend the concept of a short supply chain, favoring local ingredients and the protection of local producers. The proposal is that of a cuisine resulting from studies that date back to the medieval period.
The cuisine proposal kindly suggests one ot the three menus, dictated by different inspirations. In any case, it is possible to order individual dishes à la carte.

The Wine Cellar is located in the basement of the castle bastions , the first 11th century walls. Here the best Piedmontese vines dialogue with the eternity of history.

The atmosphere at the Locanda della Rocca di Arignano restaurant is unique, intimate and informal. From the entrance, with the large space dedicated to both the Cooking School and the production of fresh pasta , you move on to the evocative Sala delle Prigioni , where a large social table translates that sense of conviviality that characterizes the Rocca; to then reach the Corte del Pozzo , the main dining room set up with medieval-inspired furnishings and mise en place .
In the summer the outdoor spaces of the ramparts further expand the capacity of the Inn, along what was once the Cammino di Ronda around the Castle. The colors of the sunset behind the mountain line and the fresh breeze will make the experience even more special.
